~Appointments~

*To get the most out of your visit with us, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will allow you time to check in, complete a spa questionnaire and/or a release form, have a beverage and begin to relax.

Guests of Mind-Body Nutrition Day Spa must be 18 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 14 to 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

~Payment~

*We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover as well as checks and cash as forms of payment.

~Re-scheduling Reservations~

*Please provide a 24-hour re-schedule notice so we may offer the time to another client.  We reserve the right to charge for no-show appointments as follows:

1) Same-day cancellations-50% of service fee.

2) No-show or cancellation within 2 hours of service-100% of service fee.

~Children~

*To fully enjoy your relaxing time at Mind-Body Nutrition Day Spa, we ask that you make arrangements for care of your children during your time with us. Due to safety concerns and our insurance policy, we ask that at no time children be allowed in the spa treatment rooms.

~Personal Belongings~

*Mind-Body Nutrition  Day Spa provides changing areas for our spa services. We as that you leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for the loss of such items.

~Cell Phones~

*We do understand that cell phones are a necessity at times. We ask that you please turn them on silent or vibrate and refrain from using them during your service, unless an emergency arrises. This way your technician can do their very best to provide you with a quality stay at Mind-Body Nutrition Day Spa.

~Gift Certificates~

*Mind-Body Nutrition Day Spa gift certificates are available for purchase for any dollar amount. Our gift certificates are redeemable for up to one year from the date of purchase. 

~Returns~

*Mind-Body Nutrition Day Spa will accept the return of any unopend and unused merchandise in it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full refund. Any opened items will be accepted for excange only.
